12 Gasworks Rd, Wollstonecraft – “The Waterfall”

This project is on Wondakiah Estate, featuring a 550sqm live water fall feature. The dilapidated and deteriorating structure required full refurbishment. Major structural repairs and full façade coatings remediation were required. A range of membrane applications were required across the structure, ranging from Vandex, PVC and torch on membranes to ensure maximum performance. Biltbeta proved the team are dedicated in providing excellence in their work, and this showcase the ability to successfully carry out high detail in structural scenarios.
