12 Gasworks Rd, Wollstonecraft - “The Lagoon”

This project is on Wondakiah estate – 680sqm decorative lagoon. This live, flowing lagoon was redundant and dilapidated beyond service. Diagnostech Building Consultants, provided a detailed product specification which included a fully vulcanised butyl liner. Full subsurface drainage systems with hydraulics relief for SW and overflows were installed. The entire lagoon system was balanced and commissioned.

This feature reinstated Wondakiah Estates' prestigious look and feel. Evening lighting sets a tone to the property and lifts the complex to its intended finish.
