About Biltbeta

Building from the foundation of a family owned business, and through sustainable growth, Biltbeta employ more than 70 full time staff members. Our team of construction professionals include Structural Engineers, Project Managers, Site Foreman, Contract Administrators and administrative staff through to Human Resources. Employing a stable of over 60 tradesmen, with mandatory in-house training, this approach has produced a team of exceptional tradesman who have increased skill sets across the board. Biltbeta not only have the full spectrum of Construction tradesman directly employed, however it also encompasses certified personnel for confined spaces, working from heights, traffic control, through to certified water proofing installers for all sheet membrane applications, supported by the few select Companies who provide high end membrane systems.

Our management team has over 175 years of combined experience in managing construction projects, with all staff not only dedicated to a high level of building finish, but also to our rigid WHS policies ensuring staff safety in their working careers. Regular site safety audits and staff training highlights the dedication to our safety management system - we understand, peoples lives depend on it.

Biltbeta approaches all projects with a high level of customer service, to add to the experience and comfort of dealing with a truly dedicated team of Project Managers and Tradesman. Peter Fenessy - Managing Director

Peter is Founder and Managing Director of Biltbeta Constructions. His experience extends to 45 years of running his own business, and more than 40 years of working in the building industry. Peter is the companies’ investment and finance director, maintaining strong support for all company decisions on growth and growth management. 


David Fenessy - Director

David has been in the family business since his career began. His role is dedicated to Project Management, Business Development and the maintenance of WHS systems in the company. David is responsible for all site safety audits and implements rigid follow ups to ensure our company has its workers safety as a priority. His savvy management skills are ideal for sensitive strata complex remediation projects.    

  

Mathew Turner - Director

Mathew is a Director of Biltbeta, and has been a pivotal addition to the company skill set. His role as Chief Estimator gives us a competitive edge due to his knowledge and exposure to Remedial, Commercial and Cottage Construction. With more than 20 years of building experience, Mathew provides sound advice to clients across many facets of the construction industry where clear and concise pricing is required. Mathew is heavily involved in company decision making on strategy and support for all staff members with policies and complex building applications.

Octavio De Barros - Project Manager

Octavio has advanced into our Project Management team, which was always his aim from when he started with us as Site Foreman. After 3 years of training, coupled with his dedication and high work ethic, Octavio now manages multiple projects in remediation. His trade team now consist of over 10 staff members, which he has been responsible for building, and training.


Johanna Fenessy - Accounts Manager

Johanna has been with Biltbeta since the day it was founded by Peter back in 1990. Johanna has experienced, and worked across every stage of Biltbeta's development and been the support for implementing every internal change and systems review over the past 26 years. 

Toni Fenessy - Contracts Administrator

Toni’s extensive customer service experience in the Real Estate business prior joining the family business 12 years ago is a required and welcomed strength to our business.

As the 1st point of contact for Biltbeta Construction she has the knowledge and the understanding of the company and its values.

Her roles include managing inquiring customers incoming calls and emails, delegating certain customer inquiries to specific teams, setting up initial customer appointments, maintaining project’s administration/ managing customers’ accounts, organizing Home Warranty Insurance and preparing contracts. 

Toni’s ability to maintain calm under pressure and her professional manner and communication skills are paramount to our business.
